About the Recipe
Minty yumm yumm! Clean ingredients and a fast prep make this treat a real treat (pun intended)!
Ingredients
1C Walnuts
1C pitted dates
1/3C cacao powder
2
1-2 Tbsp almond milk
4 drops peppermint oil (I use doTerra Peppermint Oil)
Preparation
Pulse walnuts in food processor until well chopped.
Add dates and pulse again until mixed well
Add cacao, coconut flakes, peppermint oil and 1 Tbsp almond milk. Pulse until combined, adding additional almond milk as needed (you should be able to roll into balls easily).
Form into 1" balls and coat (optional) with remaining coconut flakes.
Keep refrigerated until you are ready to enjoy!
