What do Health Coaches do?

We partner with our clients who are seeking to enhance their well-being through self-directed, lasting changes that are aligned with their values.  Health Coaches display an unconditional positive regard for our clients and a belief in their capacity for change, honoring the fact that each client is an expert on their own life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.

Do you offer group coaching?

Not at this time.

What should I do to prepare for my initial session?

Be as open an honest on your Health Assessment Form as possible.  Give yourself time prior to our session to center yourself so you can arrive in a calm state with an open mind.  Be sure to have a glass of water, or other form of hydration, readily available.  Some find having a healthy snack to munch on during the process helps to calm their nerves as well.

Do you offer weekend coaching?

Family is my #1 priority and weekends are reserved for them.
