When the chilly weather rolls around, I’m all about cozy snacks, and this spiced popcorn has become a favorite! It’s simple to make, with a hint of maple sweetness and the warm flavors of On Guard and Cinnamon Bark Oil that add a little immune boost. Just air-pop some popcorn (or grab a bag of organic pre popped popped corn to make it even easier), drizzle on the coconut oil mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon and salt, and toss it all together. This one’s a winner for fall & winter afternoons or a laid-back movie night at home!
Ingredients
1 cup popcorn kernels
1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
5-6 drops of doTerra On Guard Protective Blend
2-3 drops of Cinnamon Bark Oil
Ground cinnamon to taste
Salt to taste

Preparation
Air-pop popcorn and place in a large mixing bowl.
Melt coconut oil. Stir in maple syrup and essential oils.
Pour mixture over popcorn, pausing to toss and mix.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and salt. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
Tips: If melting coconut oil on the stove top, be sure to remove from heat before adding essential oils.
